Happy New Year! Last month turned out to be quite an adventure. We had to spend a week living with my husband's work colleague while we waited for the renovation on our apartment to finish. Well, when we arrived to move in, the apartment still wasn't finished. The kitchen counter was missing, the bathroom wasn't finished, no water, and no gas. We were able to somehow get all of our boxes from Japan into the apartment but it took the last two weeks of December before we finally got the crucial things fixed and today we finally got internet. あけましておめでとうございます。 先月は予想外のことだらけで大変でした。 主人が無事にアパートを見つけてくれたのですが、新しいアパートのリフォームが終わるまでの一週間、主人の同僚のアパートにお世話になりました。 リフォームが終わるはずだった日にアパートに行ってみると、リフォームは終わっておらず、大パニック。 キッチンのカウンターは無いは、トイレも終わってない。 水もガスも繋がってない状態。 なんとか日本からの荷物はアパートに入れることが出来たものの、ガスが入ったのは大晦日。 新年明けて、インターネットもやっと今日入りました。
